Based on the popular characters from DC Comics, "DC League of Super-Pets" is fun for kids while also providing a ton of humor and heart. The animation is pretty good, and the film contains many hilarious moments and fun easter eggs that many DC fans will recognize. Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart are fantastic as the main characters, Krypto the Superdog and Ace the Bat-Hound. Their chemistry is off the charts, and they have excellent comedic timing. The voice acting department's supporting cast is also great, including Kate McKinnon, Vanessa Bayer, Diego Luna, Natasha Lyonne, Marc Maron as Lex Luthor, John Krasinski as Superman, and Keanu Reeves as Batman. The only negative about this movie is that the pacing is a little off, going from slow to fast, making certain scenes feel boring. Thanks to the amazing animation, hilarious moments, and fantastic performances by Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, "DC League of Super-Pets is a fun animation that appeals more to kids but has enough callbacks to DC history that longtime fans will enjoy.
