The newest comedy horror film from A24 won't be featured on the studio's top 10 list anytime soon, but the film has many comedic elements that will keep you entertained from start to finish. Director Alex Scharfman gives the audience a good time thanks to the hilarious moments, scary moments, and striking visuals used to create the Unicorns. Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega deliver excellent performances as a father and daughter trying to survive a group of killer Unicorns. The supporting cast, which consists of Will Poulter, Téa Leoni, and Richard E. Grant, all deliver outstanding performances in the film. Thanks to Alex Scharfman's direction and great lead performances by Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega, "Death of a Unicorn" is a fun horror comedy that shows that within the success of the company, A24 knows how to kick back and make an entertaining popcorn movie without having to worry about if films like this will be nominated for awards.
