Novocaine: Jack Quaid is an action star in the newest action comedy

The newest action comedy film from directors Dan Berk and Robert Olsen is a fun action film that is anything but painful. Berk and Olsen’s direction offers a ton of twists and turns, excellent action sequences, and hilarious moments that will have you in stitches, which is ironic considering the premise and the name of the movie. Jack Quaid delivers a fantastic performance as a man who can feel no pain and must save his love interest from a group of bank robbers. Being one of the stars of the action series “The Boys,” Quaid showed he was good at being an action star; however, “Novocaine” proved he could handle himself as a leading action star. The film also contains excellent performances from its supporting cast, which includes Amber Midthunder, Ray Nicholson, Betty Gabriel, Matt Walsh, and Jacob Batalon. Thanks to Dan Berk and Robert Olsen’s fantastic direction and an excellent performance by Jack Quaid, “Novocaine” is a great action film that also showcases Jack Quaid’s ability to be a strong leading actor.
