Sinners: Ryan Coogler's latest film is one of the best films of the year

The newest horror film from acclaimed director Ryan Coogler further establishes himself as one of the greatest filmmakers of the 21st century. Considering that this is his first original film and not based on any previous material, Ryan Coogler proves he is an incredible visionary thanks to his powerful screenplay, astonishing music, excellent themes of race and brotherhood, and tense moments that will have you on the edge of your seat. Michael B. Jordan delivers a fantastic performance as twin brothers tasked to defend their home from a group of killer vampires during the early 1930s. The supporting cast, which consists of Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, and Delroy Lindo, also deliver excellent performances in the film. Thanks to Ryan Coogler’s incredible direction and screenplay and a powerful performance from Michael B. Jordan, “Sinners” is not only an early contender to be one of the best films of the year but solidifies Ryan Coogler’s place as one of the greatest filmmakers of the 21st century and will probably go down as one of the greatest filmmakers of all time.
