While coming off as very formulaic and having a premise that almost resembles an after school special of “Stone Fox,” “The Call of the Wild” is still a cute matinee movie that knows not to be taken seriously and will entertain kids and parents for nearly two hours. Harrison Ford gives an outstanding performance as the main character, and Terry Notary is pretty good as the dog Buck even if the CGI is very distracting. “The Call of the Wild” is a decent family adventure that kids will enjoy more then adults but thanks to some entertaining moments and an excellent lead performance by Harrison Ford, “The Call of the Wild” does its job at giving you an adventure of a lifetime even if it doesn’t provide anything new to a story that we have already seen dozens of times before.

Even though the effects were a bit excessive, The Call of the Wild was an entertaining tale about a man and his computer-generated dog that was full of heart and adventure. I don't have much time for films because I'm a law student, but this was a pleasant diversion. Speaking of law school, juggling assignments can be extremely difficult, particularly when there are deadlines to meet. Fortunately, law coursework services are the best at making the academic process easier; I've benefited from their assistance on multiple occasions.
