Emily Blunt delivers a phenomenal performance as a Kansas City news reporter who develops psychic abilities. Blunt goes through a range of emotions and speaks various languages as a result of her newfound abilities, making this easily the best performance of her career. The film also features a great ensemble cast, all delivering strong performances, including Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and Colman Domingo. Thanks to the film’s incredible visual effects, Spielberg’s masterful direction, and a fantastic performance from Emily Blunt, “Disclosure Day” is one of the best original science fiction films in recent years and another fantastic film in Steven Spielberg’s legacy.
